Aurora & Anna is an AI-assisted social application operated by ZeroZeroComputer. It connects to an authorized Instagram professional account to publish approved content and, when the relevant permission is enabled, to receive and reply to messages initiated by Instagram users.
Depending on the features used, we may process the Instagram-scoped user ID, username, professional account information, messages and attachments sent to the connected account, post content, delivery identifiers, timestamps and technical logs required to operate and secure the service.
We process this information to publish content authorized by the account operator, deliver and respond to user-initiated conversations, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and protect the service. We do not sell personal data or use private messages for advertising.
Messages may be processed by an AI system to draft a reply. Automated replies are limited by operator-defined permissions and safety controls. Users should not send passwords, payment credentials or other highly sensitive information.
Data is shared only with Meta/Instagram as required to use their APIs and with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate the service. We do not disclose private conversations publicly.
Operational logs and conversation data are retained only for the time needed to provide, secure and troubleshoot the service, then deleted or anonymized. Access tokens and application secrets are restricted to authorized systems.
You may stop messaging the account, delete messages through Instagram, or request access or deletion using the contact channels published at zerozerocomputer.it. See also the data deletion instructions.
